Careers at PVX.AI

We build terrain-aware design software for utility-scale solar, used by engineers who put real projects on real terrain. We are a small, fully remote team working across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Why PVX

Small team, real product, visible impact

PVX.AI is an engineering-led company. Our founders spent years designing utility-scale solar plants on real terrain, and the product exists because they needed it themselves. The people who use it are engineers at EPCs and development companies, and they notice the difference good work makes.

We keep the team small on purpose. There is no layer between what you do and what customers experience. If that sounds like pressure, it is also the fastest way to see your work matter.

Fully remote

Work from anywhere in Europe, the US, or Asia. Results matter, not hours online.

High ownership

A small team means your work ships fast and its impact is visible immediately.

Real product, real users

Utility-scale solar engineers use PVX every day to design plants measured in hundreds of megawatts.

Engineering-led

Founded and run by engineers. Decisions are made on technical merit.

Technical Support Specialist

Customer Success · Full-time · Remote (Europe / US / Asia)

View role

You are the first line of support for the solar engineers who use PVX.Cad and PVX.View. You answer their questions, reproduce their issues inside AutoCAD, write the knowledge base they rely on, and make sure what they report reaches the developers who can fix it.

Sales Executive

Sales · Full-time · Remote (Europe / US / Asia)

View role

You own the pipeline from first demo to signed contract. You qualify inbound demo requests, prospect EPCs and developers in our core markets, and run product demos for technical buyers who know solar design better than most salespeople they meet.

Technical Support Specialist

You are the first line of support for the solar engineers who use PVX.Cad and PVX.View. You answer their questions, reproduce their issues inside AutoCAD, write the knowledge base they rely on, and make sure what they report reaches the developers who can fix it.

What you will do

  • / Own the support queue: respond to customer questions by email and through the help center, clearly and fast.
  • / Reproduce reported issues in AutoCAD with PVX.Cad and PVX.View, document them properly, and hand clean reports to the development team.
  • / Write and maintain help.pvx.ai articles and tutorials, so the answer to a repeated question becomes a link instead of a rewrite.
  • / Guide new customers through onboarding: installation, licensing, and first project setup.
  • / Track recurring problems and feature requests and feed them into the product roadmap.

What we look for

  • / Hands-on experience with AutoCAD or a comparable CAD environment.
  • / A working understanding of PV plant design (layout, grading, cabling) or an engineering background that lets you build one quickly.
  • / Fluent written and spoken English. You write clearly and explain technical topics without jargon.
  • / Self-organized in a remote setting: you manage your own queue, priorities, and follow-ups.

Nice to have

  • / Utility-scale solar project experience on the engineering or construction side.
  • / Civil 3D experience.
  • / A second language used in our markets (German or Spanish).
  • / Experience with support tooling and knowledge-base systems.

What you will do

  • / Prospect outbound into EPC contractors, solar developers, and engineering consultancies in Australia, the UK, Germany, and the US.
  • / Deliver product demos that hold up in front of engineers, and coordinate technical deep dives with our team when needed.
  • / Keep the CRM accurate: every deal, stage, and next step current.
  • / Feed what you hear on calls back to marketing and product: objections, competitor claims, missing features.

What we look for

  • / Experience in B2B SaaS sales or technical sales in the solar industry.
  • / Comfortable demoing a technical product to a technical audience.
  • / Fluent written and spoken English.
  • / Disciplined pipeline management and self-organization in a fully remote team.
