Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to the PVX software are cancelled and the conditions under which refunds are issued. It applies to all purchases completed through our checkout, where payments are processed securely by iyzico.

2. What You Are Purchasing

PVX is a subscription to AutoCAD-native software for utility-scale solar plant design. Access is provided on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select). Pricing is shown at checkout. Customers in Türkiye are charged in Turkish Lira (TRY); international customers are charged in US Dollars (USD).

3. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable distance-selling regulations.

Important exception for digital services: Because PVX is a digital service that is activated immediately, if you request and consent to activation of your subscription before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been activated and made available to you. If your subscription has not yet been activated, your full right of withdrawal remains in effect.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. To cancel, manage your subscription from your account or contact us at [email protected].

5. Refunds

  • If you exercise a valid right of withdrawal (subscription not yet activated, within 14 days), you receive a full refund.
  • Once a subscription has been activated and made available to you, the purchased billing period is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not retroactively refund a period that has already started.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through iyzico. Once approved, refunds are initiated within fourteen (14) days. The time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
