PVX is delivered as a digital service. There is no physical product and no shipping. This page explains how and when access is provided after a successful payment, and how returns are handled.

2. Delivery Method
PVX is AutoCAD-native software delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed by iyzico, your subscription is activated and access details (download and license activation) are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Delivery Time
Access is provisioned immediately after a successful payment, typically within minutes. In rare cases where confirmation is delayed, access is provided within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours. If you have not received your access details within this window, check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].
4. If Delivery Fails
If your subscription cannot be activated for any reason attributable to us and access is not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund of that purchase. Contact us and we will resolve the activation or process the refund through iyzico.
5. Returns
Because PVX is a digital service with no physical product, there is nothing to ship back. "Returns" are handled as cancellations and refunds under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary:
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the transaction date.
- This right lapses once you consent to activation and the digital service is made available to you.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through iyzico.
